Meet the Team
Jamie Wright
Director
Cleaning is in Jamie’s blood. His father, Steve Wright, started his own cleaning business, QAS, in their family kitchen when Jamie was just ten years old. Jamie would complete deep cleans and telemarketing for the company throughout his teenage years.
Following a brief stint in banking, Jamie joined the family business in 2000. He was involved in all aspects of the company’s operation and sales, growing the company successfully until is was acquired by Incentive FM Group in 2009. Jamie remained with Incentive and grew the newly named Incentive QAS to one of the most respected cleaning companies in London, with £21m revenue in just a five-year spell as Managing Director.
Following another acquisition in 2022, Jamie took a sabbatical whilst he decided what lie ahead in his future.
Needless to say he was drawn back to cleaning and is excited and proud to be leading Box London from the front.
Emily Kelly
General Manager
Emily has worked in the cleaning industry since 2002, beginning her career working in head office as the PA to the Managing Director of Lancaster Cleaning. She worked her way around the business, completing a range of operational roles before leaving to join up with Jamie Wright and become the Housekeeping Manager at Heron Tower in 2016 for Incentive QAS.
Following great success there, Emily received two further promotions and was successful in helping the business secure and manage contracts at 100 Bishopsgate, Verde SW1 and One Canada Sq. In 2022 Incentive QAS were acquired and Emily decided it was time to join another niche, family business and joined Box Cleaning to work closely with Mark Wiggins and build the corporate cleaning division.
It was following the quick success of this new division that Emily introduced Mark to Jamie and the rest is history.
Daniel Restrepo
Contracts Manager
Upon arriving in the UK from Columbia in 2011, Daniel took a role as a cleaning operative at Heron Tower prior to the building reaching practical completion. Within the first year Daniel had excelled in the role and shown true leadership skills.
Daniel was recognised in 2012 and promoted to Cleaning Supervisor. Following Emily joining as Housekeeping Manager in 2016, Daniel was promoted again to Site Supervisor overseeing all landlord and tenant cleaning contracts – responsible for circa 50 staff members.
Daniel was further promoted in 2018 to Area Manager, operating within the City for a range of clients including law firms, investment banks and trading companies. Daniel joined Box Cleaning in 2022 to work with Emily and operate the corporate cleaning division.
