Since our humble beginnings as local window cleaners for small commercial and residential clients, both our business and services have grown. Aiming to plug the gaps in support needed to get construction projects handover-ready, we now offer a wider range of services, including mastic sealant services, pest control and sales stock cleans, in addition to our core contract cleaning service.

Mark Wiggins
Managing Director
Founded the company in 1997 and has been the driving force behind Box ever since.
Having briefly worked in banking in the City of London, his entrepreneurial spirit led him into various different ventures, including events management prior to forming Box Cleaning.
His ability to form relationships and his drive to provide an excellent service have been instrumental in developing the company into what it is today.
Sam Morris
Commercial Director
Joined the company in 2021 after 18 years in commercial roles within the residential development sector for developers including Rialto Homes, Barratt Homes and the Berkeley Group.
Sam is a qualified surveyor with a wealth of commercial experience across the development sector and responsible for all commercial aspects at Box.
